Our Yorkie is 2 yrs old and we\'ve attempted to potty train her with non disposable potty pads. Sometimes she uses them and sometimes she goes on the carpet whereever she pleases. She is in a crate all day and when I get home to let her out she goes on the pad. Should we give up on the pads and train her for outside?
