I am at my wits end with my English Springer Spaniel. She is 2 1/2 years old and she is still peeing and pooping in the house! She can be in her kennel all day and not have any accidents so I know she can hold her bladder and waste. Why does she think it is alright to in the house? We've had her since she was a pup, we crate trained her, we took her outside first thing each day to start the training process, we've given her positive incentives with treats and praise when she did/does outdoors, but she is still choosing to go in the house. All over the house, just not in one location. We even ripped out the carpet in our family room, removed subfloor, painted over all the pee stains and she still is going in the room!!! My husband is ready to get rid of her if she doesn't stop. I need help!
