I too am new so will watch this. I also sent a question to the vet last week and it has been over 5 days and still no answer. If I don\'t receive an answer I will not pursue after the 30 day trial. I expected a more responsive site. I will assume the owner of the site is on vacation and give them a week\'s grace and then sign off. I\'m glad I only paid $37 for the sign up and didn\'t go for any of the other offerings until I had checked things out.
