She’s not listening or is it them

It's not so much the pup it's the people in the house my 83 yr old father to be exact I didn't want her food motivated didn't want her eating table scraps or getting many treats a day ...but he won't listen to me so I moved into my art studio on the property we were making progress her coming everywhere with me wanting to go walking on a leash getting the hang of the vest now she runs and hides when I grab my keys when she's let out straight to the house and even when I give flack he sneaks it to her my other to dogs are big touches and I hate it hate when they stare at you when eating hate it that they come running when your cooking wanted her to be a working dog I didn't pay alot of money to have want to be with him cause he constantly giving her food she was just starting to get excited about truck rides about just hanging and watching every move I made not leaving my side that's all gone kapoot she's only 12 weeks any ideas on how to stop this behavior if he won't listen I don't want to have to keep her in kennal my other rescue sheperd was raised first 3 yrs that way and it really don't think I have a choice ...she's very smart catches on fast but that's kapoot ...any suggestions
