My dog is a miniture daschund and his potty training is good except when their is bad weather like freezing rain or snow storm. I put him out to do his buisness and I am with him he just wants to go in and will not potty. I really don`t want him to pee and poop in the house and I am not sure what to do in these situations. I have been crate training to teach him to potty. Please help. IP
